Barentz, Welcomes Gopi Sundaram as Vice President, Principal Management – Pharmaceuticals, North America

Barentz, a leading global specialty ingredients solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gopi Sundaram as Vice President of Principal Management for the Pharmaceuticals team in North America, effective July 7, 2025.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the pharma and consumer healthsectors, Gopi brings extensive expertise in supply operations, procurement, program management, and technical operations, with a strong emphasis on supplier relationship management and cost improvement. He has successfully led initiatives that improved supply resilience during global disruptions. Gopi earned a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Mumbai University and holds a Six Sigma green beltfrom Villanova University.

In his role, Gopi will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales (Pharma), the Technology Manager, the sales team, marketing, and Principal Partners to drive business growth and enhance customer value.
